I have 30+ years experience and treat ADHD, anxiety, chronic illness, depression, divorce, grief/loss, suicide bereavement, and trauma. I am EMDR trained and use this regularly in my work with my clients. I also utilize interventions from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, expressive therapy and solution focused therapy.
I assist my clients by helping them to better understand their current state of functioning and by providing hope that healing and change is possible. Together we develop a plan to achieve a better sense of balance. I find it an honor to witness the growth and success my clients achieve.
