In our sessions, you will find a safe, supportive environment where you can freely express yourself and work through concerns without judgment. My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate; always meeting you right where you are at. I believe in the worth, value and dignity of every individual. In my practice, I use evidence based techniques to empower your healing process. I provide mental health and AODA services to individuals 15 yrs. and older. Another option is Telehealth counseling for those who wish to find healing from the comforts of their home. I also offer walk and talk sessions, if that is your preference.
Areas of practice include alcohol and drug addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, parents in challenging situations with children. I am DBT informed, trained in CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and I am Certified in Brainspotting. Another option is Telehealth counseling for those who wish to find healing from the comforts of their home.
My intention is to meet you where you are at, inspire and encourage you to become your best. You will feel safe, supported, understood and empowered to live your best life in a safe and supportive environment with a therapist who has been helping improve others lives since 1991.
