About
The Clinic offers individual, couples and youth counseling Services. Services are provided to address any of the following concerns: self-esteem, depression, anxiety, phobias, relationship concerns, assertiveness etc.. Youth Counseling provides children with the skills to help them cope with problems that inhibit their learning, social interactions and emotional well-being. The child's counselor concentrates on areas such as emotional resiliency, assertiveness, self-esteem building, listening, communication, and motivation.
Services at the Community Clinic are provided by advanced graduate students who are under the direct supervision of faculty in the College of Education. These students have specialties in Mental Health, School, and Marriage/Family Counseling.
Cost: The cost of this service $15.00 per session (3 sessions minimum)* Clients are accepted on a first come, first served basis and on level of need. The first step for receiving our services is to turn in an application.
