It is not easy to be a human being. My work focuses on helping individual and families address the barriors to an open hearted acceptance of the challenges we all face--- the challenges surrounding love and loss. None of us has been perfectly parented and yet we all need to find our way to successful work and successful relationships. My task as a therapist is to help my clients find the resources within themselves and within their world to enable them to live imperfect yet happy and productive lives.
In the many years of my work I have learned a number of different techniques and approaches. And throughout the years have focused on children,adolescents,young adults and couples. Now I look forward to working with anyone who is curious and who sincerely wants something to change within their lives.
While my own work is rooted both in western psychology as well as a number of spiritual traditions; I am the director of a group practice with many specialities. So one one of the services I can offer is matching client needs with therapist abilities and specialties.
