Currently accepting new clients and am able to get them in the same week as consultation! I provide an an empowering and grounding space where clients can heal from past traumas, explore their identities, and foster their strengths to soar with their resilience. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, a trauma evidenced based approach to explore past and current life stressors. I am passionate about supporting clients, especially women and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community at all seasons of life as they weather life’s unique challenges.
I utilize EMDR Therapy to help process and heal from distressing experiences and traumatic events. EMDR can be particularly effective in addressing issues such as childhood trauma, infertility and reproductive loss. For those who do not feel EMDR is a good fit, I utilize additional evidenced trauma techniques such as Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
I provide a welcoming and affirming space where women and LGBTQIA+ individuals feel seen, heard, and respected. Each client's unique identity and experiences is honored, creating an empowering space that fosters exploration and growth. I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation.
