About
We believe that focusing on wellness instead of illness is an important part of counseling. We do not believe in simply giving advice, but rather walking with the client through their concerns, helping them to build upon their strengths, and building a larger toolbox of coping skills to manage their unique situation. Our backgrounds include helping individuals ages 3 through late adulthood who suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, grief, life changes, chronic illness, ADHD, behavioral disorders, addiction, personality disorders, and severe mental illnesses by using evidence-based practices. We currently have 13 therapists
We are especially passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ population, adolescents, adults, and families to help address parenting concerns and challenges in addition to working with concerns with depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, grief, life changes, chronic illness, ADHD, behavioral disorders, addiction, personality disorders, and severe mental illness.
Also visit: https://colorsplus.org/counseling-services for more information on each of our individual therapists. We also offer art therapy as a self-pay option only with a range of $70-110 per session.
