Before I became a therapist, I spent over 20 years working with at-risk children and families around the world. I have sat with individuals in some of the hardest circumstances imaginable, and watched them find their footing. That experience has allowed me to hold hope in the room for many people, children, and families.
I specialize in individual, teen, and child therapy. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a certified Theraplay practitioner, with additional training in Sand Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment-Based Focused Family.

Many of us develop protective patterns - perfectionism, people-pleasing, hyper-independence, staying small, or shutting down to avoid rejection, criticism, or shame. These strategies once kept you safe, but can make it hard to move through life and trust yourself now. Together we’ll use EMDR, parts work (IFS), and somatic tools to release old survival roles so your true self can emerge. With a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, therapy becomes a place to reparent yourself and reconnect with your inner healing capacity.

It’s so common to feel like you’ve lost parts of yourself, especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, or major life changes. You might feel stuck, uncertain, or like you’re just trying to keep everything together while struggling inside. I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to fix anything or have it all figured out—just a place where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create that kind of space: one where you feel seen, valued, and supported, no matter what you’re going through.
