She has worked in the mental health field and medical field for over 8 years, practicing in the field of counseling for the previous 5 years. She has an undergraduate degree in nursing from Texas Christian University as well as a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Denver. Amy’s unique understanding of both the medical and emotional aspects of a client allows her to conceptualize the individual as a whole.
This holistic perspective allows for a variety of aspects and experiences of an individual have played a role in their current struggles. Together, Amy will work with each client to learn the necessary tools that will allow for new discoveries of living their lives in a more balanced way.
