Traditional talk therapy has not felt "enough". Meditation doesn't help. Overstimulated by emotions you can't quite explain, in your mind or body? Stuck in patterns or relationships that leave you drained or defeated. The clients we see often struggle with managing emotions, pain, anxiety, dissociation, depression, and grief. They have experienced painful things in the past that they have buried. We help your brain process these things and heal in a SAFE manner. Our therapy is about having a warm place to share how you are really doing, & it's more than talking—it's a secure place to reconnect with yourself & God to truly HEAL.
