I have over 15 years of experience working with a variety of ages & backgrounds as a clinician, clinical supervisor and family therapist. I’ve dedicated my career to helping others and have an immense passion and commitment for the work I do. My expertise is working with a range of diagnoses including, adjustment, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Trauma, Grief and family systems. I utilize an integrated, strength-based approach that’s is rooted in building strong therapeutic relationships.
I provide trauma-informed practices that are collaborative and strength-based. I am curious, inquisitive, and mindful when it comes to treatment. I empower and partner with clients utilizing an integrated approach to my practice. Modalities such as; Trauma-Focused CBT, SFT, MI, and Narrative Therapy.
My biggest strength is my immense capacity for empathy, to hold space. I want to illicit a sense of being seen, heard, and accepted fully. I am a clinician who often utilizes humor and playfulness when appropriate. I naturally want you to feel at ease and merely be a guide on your journey. Resilience will be found along your path.
