Pursuing therapy represents a desire to heal. Whether dealing with a new challenge or an old wound, my work with clients is focused on supporting the process of healing and learning to "let go" of the harmful patterns that get in the way of feeling satisfaction, peace, and fulfillment in our lives and relationships. As a psychotherapist, my goal is to create an environment in which you can pause, reflect, and feel supported in acknowledging the emotions that many of us learn to avoid, dismiss, and push down.
I specialize in growth-oriented therapy for adults wanting to feel more satisfaction in their relationships, to address family dynamics and conflicts, and struggling with self-criticism, shame, and self-esteem. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy and treat clients of all ages, from school-aged children to older adults.
