About me: I specialize in women's issues, trauma, grief, relationships, anxiety, and life transitions. About you: You are intelligent, sensitive, and high-functioning. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, attachment-focused, and psychodynamic. I am trained in EMDR and and IADC therapy and can offer these powerful methods where appropriate. I use alliance, insight, directness, humor, and concrete actions (think goals, meditation, reading suggestions, etc.) to help you realize your intentions for therapy.
