My approach to therapy is individualized and eclectic. The foundation of my approach is Psychodynamic. I use Transactional Analysis & Internal Family Systems to look at our deeper parts. I offer traditional talk therapy, traditional modalities like CBT as well EMDR trauma therapy. BEWARE: I utilize Humor! Laughing Therapy is just as good as Crying Therapy :)
