My approach is individualized and eclectic, grounded in psychodynamic talk therapy and Transactional Analysis. I also use CBT and am EMDR Level 2 trained, specializing in complex trauma. With couples and families, I treat the relationship as the client, helping uncover deeper patterns, improve communication, and build mutual respect without taking sides.
