In my clinical work, I believe therapy should be both affirming and practical—helping individuals build meaningful coping tools while fostering self-acceptance, resilience, and authenticity. I work with a combination of relational, psychodynamic, behavioral and experiential therapies to support individuals who have historically felt unseen or marginalized.
My clinical approach is informed by extensive advanced training in CBT, DBT, IFS, ERP, REBT, and trauma-focused modalities. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related disorders, men’s issues, suicidality, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University, with focused study in attachment theory, LGBTQIA+ mental health, and chronic illness coping strategies.
