For some, a nonjudgmental, safe space is needed to examine and address the barriers that prevent connection so that you can approach change with curiosity instead of fear. I have experience in assisting individuals, couples, and families of all ages in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, & substance use concerns.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches to assist my clients in alleviating the lasting impact of their attachment wounds and past traumas. Modalities I use include CBT, DBT, and EFT, all of which are supported by a relational approach that relies on creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic relationship that fosters growth.
