Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially if you’re not used to talking about emotions or asking for help. Many of the men I work with come in unsure of where to begin. They may feel stuck, disconnected, or frustrated but can’t always put those feelings into words. If that sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t need to have it all figured out before we start.
My role is to provide a straightforward, supportive space where you can learn to understand your emotions, communicate more clearly, and feel more in control of your life.
I specialize in behavioral therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). These modalities are designed to target unhelpful thoughts and beliefs which cause most peoples distress. I also practice Positive Psychology, which focuses on individual happiness and the steps we go to achieve it.
