Think • Feel • Do is a 4-week, in-person bundled teen (Middle School Age) coaching group designed to help adolescents strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build healthy interpersonal relationships. Through structured instruction, guided practice, and supportive feedback, teens learn practical strategies they can apply at school, at home, and in social settings. This program is educational and skills-focused, providing a supportive environment for growth, confidence, and self-awareness.
