Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Gina Ogden's 4-D Wheel, and Creative and Expressive Therapies, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I am also certified in Integrative Sex and Couples Therapy.
