In addition to counseling and research, I am the first provider in Indiana to offer Biosound Therapy (since 2018), which pairs well with Brainspotting. Two hour sessions allow the time required to emotionally release your life experiences and the sensory based experience helps you find relief in your mind AND body. I combine 20 years of experience with an integrative approach to allow you to heal.
Recent research into neuroscience has impacted counseling techniques. The integration of neuroscience into psychology has led to new interventions that may help you improve quality of life. HeartMath technology provides quantified data that can help with emotional restructuring and demonstrate progression. Utilizing health metrics gives us objective data.
