As a licensed couple and individual therapist with over 17 years of experience, I bring a level of comfort, ease, expertise and a straight forward approach that really works, especially if you are motivated and ready to dive in. For those looking to focus on trauma work specifically, I offer EMDR therapy. I also offer 6-week focused work for rapid growth.
An expression I say a lot in therapy is "listen and attend." I support clients in listening in ways they haven't before in their relationship with self, body, others, work, our expectations, spirituality, and anything else.
