I am a trauma-focused clinician who incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Ego State work, psychodynamic principles, person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) into my work with clients. I work with adults 18+.
While I believe technique and theory are important components in healing and growing, I think that the relationship between myself and the people I work with is the most important part of therapy.
