I have been a licensed professional counselor since 2003. I use a collaborative approach, when working with clients. Together, we focus on what changes they would like to see in their lives and then we develop a plan together. This may include talk therapy, art therapy, meditation and some homework to learn new skills.
I utilize different therapeutic techniques depending on what the individual needs are. I may incorporate techniques such as EMDR, Meditation, relaxation exercises, art therapy and talk therapy as a way to process emotional issues.
