I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, chronic stress, grief, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or notice that past experiences continue to affect their relationships, emotions, or sense of self. I provide a space to process those experiences, develop new ways of coping, and create meaningful change.
Healing looks different for everyone. I tailor therapy to your goals, integrating EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to help you process past experiences, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
