My practice is rooted in liberation psychology, anti-oppressive frameworks, and a deep respect for lived experience. I am an EMDR-trained practitioner and offer a therapeutic space where safety, authenticity, and relational connection come first. In the spirit of curiosity and collaboration, I invite clients into a healing process that honors the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. Drawing on my background in Cultural Anthropology, I approach therapy through a cultural-historical lens, supporting clients in recognizing and naming the ways systemic oppression shapes their lives and inner worlds.
I draw from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), feminist theory and radical acceptance. I incorporate body-based and creative modalities such as mindfulness, breathwork, ecotherapy, and expressive arts to support integrated, embodied healing.
I have worked across the lifespan with individuals navigating complex trauma, sexual assault recovery, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I approach work with LGBTQIA+ communities, survivors, and those living at the intersections of systemic harm with deep care. I welcome all parts of you—and all the questions you may be holding.
