About
My passion is helping women and teen girls shine! If you are tired of feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, stressed, frustrated or burned out, then it's time to make yourself and your well-being a priority. Painful and difficult times are a call to action--a time to reach out for support and an opportunity to learn, heal, and change. In struggle we find beautiful gifts. Life is short...if there are obstacles in the way of you living your best life then now is your time.
Therapy is a process that unfolds within a dynamic, unique, powerful and creative relationship. In my role as your therapist I will empathize, accept, engage, encourage, guide, support, observe, participate, reflect, listen & hear. My approach is strengths-based and I use concepts from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and solution-focused therapies, positive psychology, mindfulness and meditation.
I believe everyone deserves to be living their best life--that means you! The first step in a new direction is emailing or giving me a call. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you and look forward to hearing from you soon!
