I am experienced in working with an array of emotional struggles including depression, anger, anxiety, eating disorders, childhood trauma, impulse control issues, addictions and grief. I utilize a person centered, mindfulness-based approach and incorporate cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies into my practice, offering long term and brief therapy.
I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, many in a hospital setting, helping people through their most challenging times in life. My insight into healing and my Therapeutic Recreation background support my creative, mind/body approach in empowering people to improve their quality of life.
