Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship stress, past trauma, or big life transitions, we'll work together to move toward more clarity and resilience.
I'm in the process of deepening my training in sex therapy, an area I’m passionate about as it allows me to support clients in navigating the more intimate, vulnerable parts of life and relationships. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a supportive, affirming space where you can show up just as you are.
