Hi, I'm Colleen. Starting therapy can feel intimidating. From our first session onward, I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship between us based on trust, respect, and collaboration. I am passionate about working with couples, individuals, and teens navigating relationship challenges. I implement practical support that allows the person to better understand themselves and thrive outside the therapy room.
I approach therapy through a collaborative lens that is rooted in evidence-based practices. My goal is to create a dynamic where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions and past experiences that impact relationships. My approach is person-centered and relational to create a healthy rapport.
During our first session, we will establish goals and create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.
