I specialize in the field of eating disorders, and have been working with adolescents and adults with eating disorders for 20 years. I have worked in all levels of care settings, and fully appreciate how challenging recovery from an eating disorder can be! I am motivated and dedicated to helping clients work through their struggles with eating, body image, depression, and anxiety. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify and modify unhealthy and unhelpful beliefs and work with clients to help them live their lives more fully! With young children, I use the Family Based Therapy model.
I offer individual and family therapy, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals to treat eating disorders. I collaborate with other therapists, dietitians, physicians, psychiatrists, school personnel, and coaches to help clients fully recover.
