I work with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in couple and family work. I see clients remotely and in-person at a private practice office in Irvine. As Co-Director of the Family Program at PCH Treatment Center in Santa Monica, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of couples and families over the past decade. This rich, first-hand experience, along with ongoing, advanced training, helps me to make the most of each session. A compassionate approach underlies all my work in helping you and your loved one(s) mend, heal hurts, and find a way back to a healthier connection where love can flourish.
I have in-depth training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and families and Mentalization-Based Therapy for individuals couples and families. I incorporate Action and Commitment Therapy for families. Body-based methods, such as Eugene Gendin's approach to Focusing as well as mindfulness techniques help to deepen the work we accomplish together.
When our close relationships are in distress it can have a profound impact. I am here to help you heal hurts and deepen your understanding of each other. It's my highest priority to create a safe space that fosters compassion for yourselves and each other.
