Hi there! I primarily work with child, teens, and adults population. I encourage my clients to explore how their issues stem could stem from a combination of family dynamics, subconscious beliefs, and personal patterns in order to create positive changes. My approach to therapy is compassionate, strengths-based, and non-judgmental. I create a supportive, safe space for clients to feel comfortable discussing their experiences. My goal is to help my clients gain insight into their emotions and behaviors, explore the root of their experiences, and feel empowered to overcome obstacles and work toward their goals
I will help you with life transitions because sometimes we just feel "stuck". I will help you manage any anxiety that occurs whether that's social, situational, or general. I will help your child feel less anxious and more confident to be themselves. I will help you find your strength and voice. I will help you navigate any trauma you may be feeling.
As a therapist I believe that change is possible. However, change can be scary (if it was easy we would all be doing it)! You don't have to navigate change by yourself. Everyone needs help sometimes. I offer support in learning to turn the love and compassion you express to others inward in your healing journey.

Support Group for Neurodivergent Adults
Make new friends! This support group is for adults (ages 18-32) who identify as neurodivergent and those exploring their own neurodiversity. This safe and affirming space is inclusive and intersectional. What to expect: • Board games, LEGO sets, puzzles, JackBox games, Nintendo Switch games, and other artistic activities • Be ready to discuss your likes and dislikes. We want to get to know you! .
