I have extensive experience with both anxiety and depression for children and adults. My practice focus is on today's lifestyle that can be overwhelming with stress that inhibits our peace and happiness. Your not alone and through supportive intervention, we can identify strengths and coping skills to manage uncomfortable symptoms such as depression and anxiety. Stress including change, transitions, loss can lead us to feel distressed and struggle with how to cope. I provide expertise in building strategies to increase our ability to manage distress, grief, and symptoms.
My approach is warm, supportive with the goal of helping increase awareness and coping abilities and overall well-being. I have extensive experience with both anxiety and depression for children and adults. Our goals would be to build skills to reduce and manage symptoms through mindfulness and cognitive strategies that focus on our thinking patterns.
