The only thing constant is change - without change there is no growth. Without growth our lives become stagnant and we do not realize our full potential or adapt to necessary changes or losses. Changes over the last few years have been very difficult. Although we all experience changes, we do not all adapt in the same way. Some see change as an opportunity for adventure. Some see change as a frightening challenge. And finally, others are totally incapacitated and freeze when presented with choices or opportunities to change or grow.
For some, I help overcome obstacles that prevent them from experiencing happiness and achieving their personal or professional goals. For others, we must address depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or trauma. Many therapies including CBT, grief therapy, brief solution-focused therapy or learning new coping skills can be used to address these issues.
