I am a Licensed Professional Counselor currently practicing in Arkansas. I have experience working with diverse populations and enjoy meeting new people. To me each person’s story, health and emotions are unique. I work to tailor treatment plans to meet each client's individual needs. I work with people who find themselves overwhelmed and wanting to learn how to handle anxiety and depression. I also work with people who are struggling with life adjustments or past trauma by providing a safe place to explore symptoms that are keeping them from moving forward while developing skills that will support them later on.
I enjoy using techniques for many different counseling theories including but not limited to Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Focusing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Somatic Experiencing.
I know often it feels like the overwhelming feeling, depression and/or anxiety will never end. I am offering a safe space to explore, learn and grow.
