Hi there, I’m Colleen! My name is Colleen Hernandez, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), based in Southern California. I have spent the past 12 years assisting individuals to improve their quality of life through therapy. I enjoy exploring any issues that might be impacting the client with getting in touch with their true selves. I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with life transitions, codependency, women’s issues, anxiety, stress, and depression. To help with improving relationships with self and others.
I use a variety of different approaches and tools to meet the individual’s needs. Including- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I engage with my clients with an open, direct, and authentic communication style.
I want to meet the clients where they are, understand their needs, and provide honest feedback. The process is collaborative as much as I want to get to know you, I also want to make sure that I am a good fit for you.
