Hey, I’m Colleen Hays, a licensed psychotherapist who’s all about empowering individuals, couples, and families to heal and thrive. For the better part of a decade, I have worked extensively with trauma, supporting adolescents, helping couples navigate their relationships, and guiding those who’ve experienced narcissistic abuse. My practice integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Gottman Theory (level 3) for couples.
