Colleen is an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor with decades of experience counseling. She has worked in schools with children, adolescents and their caregivers to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational concerns. Colleen uses clinical and evidenced based techniques to help her clients feel empowered to improve the quality of their lives by setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and laying the groundwork for positive change.
With so much uncertainty during this unprecedented time, everyone’s life is affected in some way or another. Many of us are feeling depressed, anxious or overwhelmed with the immense and almost constant changes to our daily lives. Colleen provides a safe and supportive space, in a non-judgmental setting.
