Hi there! My hope is to provide you with a safe environment to explore how your experiences have impacted you and may be directing your beliefs, actions, and relationships. I love to work with clients on self-worth, anxiety, stress, life transitions, family of origin issues, and people affected by divorce or family changes. I utilize many theories, often pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Story Work, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Often my clients are high-performing professionals, mothers, healthcare workers, and people in caring roles.
I work with children to college-aged individuals, adults, and premarital couples. I have received training in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from The Allender Center at The Seattle School of Psychology & Theology as well as Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts & The Gottman Institute. I would love to find an approach that works best for your needs!
I know it's a big deal to reach out to a new counselor. I am committed to helping my clients discover and become the best version of themselves. I am honored that you would consider me to hear your story!

Storywork Narrative Group - Reach out for details!
Through this narrative-based group counseling experience called Storywork, participants will gain deeper insight into both their own life stories and God's story. Each session will include a time of teaching based on resources from The Allender Center at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, one group member sharing their story, and guided practice in learning how to engage with the story that is shared. This six week group offers a balance of receiving care and learning how to care well for others.
