Through the shared construction of our therapeutic relationship, we will foster a space where you don’t have to face life’s struggles alone. I practice from an open and non-judgmental stance, where I will support you to be both vulnerable and resilient in facing life’s difficulties. I help individuals hone their social-emotional intelligence, improve their emotion regulation, and become the best functioning version of themselves. I am flexible and creative in the therapy room and I believe in the power of joy, whatever that looks like for you, because doing deep therapeutic work doesn't have to feel arduous and daunting.
Having been trained from an integrative orientation, I believe that the best treatment is one that is as unique as the individual seeking it. I integrate techniques such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and attachment perspectives to tailor therapy to meet individuals where they are to help them get where they want to go.
I work with a diverse range of individuals across the lifespan who present with a wide range of clinical conditions. I provide culturally sensitive individual and group psychotherapy at Madison Park Psychological Services (MPPS). Progress in therapy looks different for everyone and I look forward to helping you find yours.
