My strengths as a clinician are in working with clients with trauma, anxiety, grief, life changes, relationship struggles, addressing blocks in achieving life goals, self-esteem issues, coping skill challenges and those struggling with a strong sense of identity. I also enjoy supporting therapists in their own growth and healing process. We collaborate together to help you ground to yourself and your potential. I believe true change occurs when we combine awareness with skills.

I believe in providing an environment of collaboration, compassion and empathy where a client can explore themselves and be in the ideal zone for learning new skills and insights that will help them achieve what they desire. I serve as a guide, coach and teacher to help keep clients focused on their ideal outcomes.
