Viewing my role in clients’ lives as a privilege, I approach my work with warmth, candor, and a genuine belief in one's potential for growth. I provide therapy across the lifespan and have specialized experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, the LGBTQ+ community, and young children. Available in person in Denver and online throughout PSYPACT states.
For adults, therapy often involves exploring longstanding patterns of relating to ourselves and others that may no longer serve us. By deepening our awareness of these patterns and our emotional world, we create space for new ways of coping, connecting, and thriving.
For children, external circumstances can be confusing and internal emotions can be overwhelming. I provide a playful, supportive environment where big feelings can be expressed and understood. I also collaborate closely with parents, helping them increase their capacity to connect with their children and hold loving boundaries to support regulation.
In our sessions, you can expect a welcoming and empathetic environment. I partner especially well with those with a high degree of curiosity who are interested in depth work. Together, we’ll dive into your story. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where we both take active roles in exploring, understanding, and building toward meaningful change.
