I work with great curiosity to explore the distractions and negative cycles that may be keeping you stuck. The struggle for clarity is a difficult one to navigate in isolation; together we can look at patterns and behaviors that no longer service you. The therapeutic process is one of finding balance between the emotional and rational, the mind and body and bringing that forward into our lives.
I practice therapy with a depth perspective and in an emotionally focused framework, while also integrating practical skills. I also work in somatic of Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR. My work joins the forces of the functional with the creative in order to arrive at a new and more workable understanding of a situation.
There are many approaches to therapy and my practice works in a wide variety of them. I am skilled in the areas of: Somatic Experiencing (trauma and developmental issues), Jungian dream work, EFT (emotionally focused therapy), EMDR, Brainspotting, family systems, addictions.
