I work with people of all ages, and I especially enjoy supporting college students and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, self-confidence, productivity challenges, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are thoughtful and motivated, but feel overwhelmed by high expectations, self-doubt, or feeling “not good enough.”
I also specialize in men's mental health. I help men improve and repair their relationships, become better partners and fathers, and improve their self worth.
In therapy, we focus on what’s been feeling hard right now, while also exploring how past experiences or losses may be influencing your current stress or relationships. Together, we build practical coping skills and tools to help manage anxiety, improve focus and productivity, and feel more confident in yourself.
My goal is to help you feel less anxious, more grounded, and more connected — both to yourself and to the people in your life — so you can move through school, work, and relationships with more ease.
