Together we will focus on your personal development, while also introducing techniques that will improve your relationships with yourself and others. I feel it is important to meet people where they are at but still encourage goal setting. While working with you, I look at how past experiences, including trauma, affect your current functioning.
I have many years of clinical experience working with families, adults, and children. I enjoy working with people with addictions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My life experiences as a parent and a professional inform the work I do as a therapist. I will help you gain a different perspective and feel empowered to cope better with life’s challenges.
I know that taking the first step and asking for help is hard. I will work hard to set you at ease and give the support you need to make meaningful changes in your life.
