About
I approach each session with a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and listening ear. Through my work, I invite you to explore outside your comfort zone to realize the abundance of possibilities that may exist for you. Because all relationships go through ups and down, I will offer support to examine how you can focus on personal development while, also introducing techniques that will improve your relationships with others and yourself.
I have over 10 years of clinical experience working with families, adults, and children, I have a special interest in working with people with addictions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to inspire and motivate clients in a way that will help you better understand yourself to achieve a more fulfilling life and stronger relationships with others.
