I am passionate about nurturing and empowering each person's inner healer. Using a collaborative, strengths based approach, I support clients in navigating life's challenges, successes, and everything in between. Many of my clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, or navigating fertility journeys, pregnancy, or have started a new chapter within parenthood. I also specialize in supporting individuals within the LGBTQI+ community.
I have extensive experience healing those with intimate partner, childhood, and sexual trauma and grief using EMDR, expressive art techniques, and physical and mental regulation techniques. I also have experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sensory processing issues., and working with Transgender Youth and Adults; as well as their families and partners.
