I provide therapeutic treatment for adults struggling with a variety of concerns such as: trauma and abuse, intense anxiety or depression, relationship struggles, persistent negative beliefs and unwanted intrusive thoughts, body sensations and emotions that are overwhelming and/or confusing. My clients often find that they get relief from the patterns and symptoms they've had for years and for which regular talk therapy has helped, but not sufficiently resolved. I use a whole brain, collaborative and respectful approach that is creative and responsive to my clients' unique needs, strengths and circumstances.
I am an EMDR certified clinician and consultant who is also trained in IFS and many advanced EMDR protocols. I have a special focus on treating complex PTSD, attachment wounds, birth/post-partum trauma and dissociation. We will work together to navigate the natural process of healing your traumatic injuries and promoting new possibilities for your life.

EMDR Consultation
I am an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant and have been helping clinicians with the certification and approved consultant process since 2016. In my experience, many clinicians move away from practicing EMDR after basic training because of the difficulty of applying what they learned in their practice. With consultation, your competency and confidence will grow, and you will be able to effectively help more and more of your clients heal using this powerful therapy. Using Google Meet, I primarily offer individual EMDR consultation, but I also enjoy hosting groups of two to three clinicians upon request. Please contact me to discuss possibilities!
