Becoming a mother can be one of the most meaningful and emotionally complex transitions in a woman’s life. If you are feeling anxious during pregnancy, overwhelmed in postpartum, or struggling after a difficult birth or NICU experience, you are not alone. I specialize in supporting thoughtful, capable women navigating postpartum anxiety, trauma, identity shifts, and the emotional demands of modern motherhood. Many of my clients are balancing significant personal and professional responsibilities while seeking to care for themselves, their relationships, and their growing families.

My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I integrate modalities that help clients process past experiences, better understand emotional and relational patterns, and move toward a more grounded and connected sense of self. Together, we work to reduce anxiety, process trauma and grief, and create space for healing and growth.

I believe therapy should feel thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply human.
