I have experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations in the many levels of care in mental health. I have experience working with individuals who are suffering from everyday issues to critical and crisis-related issues and I utilize techniques from EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy , and dialectical behavioral therapy (CBT)/(DBT)
