I have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD or depression. My approach involves Rapid Resolution Therapy, skills training, family therapy, and supportive therapy to strengthen self-esteem. I help adults take the next step in their lives, whether that be in relationships, work, or play.
I frequently include play therapy as a component of treatment with children. While I use talk therapy with adults, I find that a playful approach to change soothes emotional pain. A joyful spirit is the foundation of lasting recovery.
