We are dedicated to providing accessible and specialized treatment for individuals who are experiencing difficult emotions and those who have been traumatized. Some of those we work with are contending with dissociation (“spaciness,” “fogginess,” losing time). We specialize helping adults who endured difficult childhoods, or who have encountered very distressing/confusing experiences. Over the course of treatment, we collaborate to boost insight, self-esteem, resiliency, flexibility, the ability to trust, as well as the capacity for humor and creative expression.
We specialize in treating trauma, lingering experiences of childhood adversity, and dissociation using psychodynamic psychotherapy, hypnosis, havening, EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing), IFS & ego state therapy.
If you have struggled to find a therapist that really understands what you are experiencing, you are likely to find healing here.
